LAVINGT (lay-vont), is a brand solely based upon self expression, ideas and feeling. The acceptance of self expression. As young children, most of us were fell in love with our imagination and creativity. As time progressed and we began to age and come into our creativity, we then become a lost breed. Most of us lost sense and touch of our imagination and creativity because we are then told to become part of this corporate world and go that route. Our imagination and creativity is then stripped from us. We are told that we are to grow up and once we reach our twenties, it’s time to do so. Well, we are the ones who did the opposite at that time. In our twenties we began to realize who we really are and and what we stand for. We began to realize that the imagination and creativity we had when we were younger is here to stay. 

The name “Le Vingt” is the french translation of “the twenty”. Being that we use “La” instead of “Le” is because of my initials being “LA”. This isn’t only an extension of my creativity and my expression, but it is also an extension of myself - the extension of my self expression. 

As every collection is released, it continues the story of the previous and the pieces are able to be mixed together.
